SPEAK is the self-evaluation tool designed to assist Family Resource Centres to document, report on and learn from their work. Framework staff are keen to assist projects get the maximum benefit from SPEAK and will provide training to individual projects, staff or volunteers.

Which version of SPEAK ?

Are you sure you are using the correct version of SPEAK? If you are still using v2.30 then to upgrad to SPEAK v2.40 go to this link and download the latest one. (Check in the bottom right hand corner of your screen to find the version number)
