The Advice Centre has been established to provide Projects with easy access to the most frequently requested documentation relating to VBOM procedures and practice in keeping with

• Community Development and Family Support Practice
• Organisational Development
• Company Law Compliance and Financial Accountability
• Employment Practice
• Strategic Planning

This information has been developed over the past 15 years and is based on the experience of FRC Projects within the region. Framework hopes that it will be of assistance to both staff and management in their day to day work. It is important however to point out that most of the attached documentation should be viewed as samples which can be adapted to suit individual Project needs. Further support can be accessed from the Framework Support Worker on how to best adapt the samples attached and what is best practice  in Projects across the region.
